Sajal Javid is a seasoned HR leader, social worker, activist, and executive coach with 20+ years of experience in HR, operations, and social work across retail, nonprofit, arts, and hospitality. As the Chief Human Resources & Culture Officer at Alley Theatre, she leads HR strategy for a $24M organization with 250+ employees. She also heads InclusivEdge Consulting, specializing in HR and EDIA strategies. A Certified Diversity Professional and member of LORT's EDI committee, Sajal advocates for inclusive practices in the arts.
